Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:
First of all, turn your stove to 375°F (190°C). Press the parchment paper at the bottom of a baking sheet or the loaf pan so that it covers the bottom entirely.

2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
To the ground beef mix the breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir very lightly using only your hands or a spatula so one component is just combined with the other.

3. Shape the Meatloaf:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan or using the baker’s shape them into a loaf on the baking sheet.

4. Prepare the Glaze:
In a small bowl to the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Coats the meat loaf uniformly on the top with the glaze.

5. Bake:
